I certainly did everything I could to make sure my day was a success. I got a great workout at the gym to top it off. Hope everyone else had a great day as well.

I ate a little more than I should have today, but even so, I did really well in the gym, so it evens out.

I am trying to get fit and thin so that I can stop being the 'man that keeps getting fatter' and to help get my triglyceride count down to normal levels.

Nothin to say, I'm 17 and losing fat/gaining muscle is easy with time. :)

I didn't...I went to the sauna for 10 minutes, then left. I wanna lower down my time at the gym anyways, I barely give my arms resting time. I stopped drinking soda and going to the gym daily, and I've already lost a lot of fat (I can still bench the same and squat the same, so I'm assuming it's mostly fat)

Not much to say, I like playing video games and watching/playing sports. I work as a web developer for a small company.
I think when I get into shape I want to become a volunteer firefighter.
Goal: Lose 35lbs before Cardio King

I had a cheat lunch today, but once again ate my salad first and then ate half of it (usually eat everything). I was just tired of subway. But my workout in the morning was great.

i actually thought i ate a lot more than i did today. i barely made it to a 1000 calories, which explains why i felt sick at the gym haha. oh well. but today was an okay day, not quite as successful as i would have liked. my knee has been bothering me and i love to run, and haven't been able to, so it's been a bummer.
but i did do 45 minutes of cardio and some weight lifting
im glad you had a great workout.

I started a new weight routine today, and yes, I did give it my all. I did this even though I came down with yet another cold despite having to wash my hands a gajillion times a day.

Eating wise, I did great. However, exercise was only stretches for my back, and playing with my dog, who was unusually hyper tonight (maybe because I didn't take her for a walk?). I know, this probably doesn't sound like exercise to most of you, but I actually got off the couch!! Huge step for me.
I have to start sweating!

One Year 19 Lbs lost.
For December 07 to December 08 the job is to lose another 17 lbs.
-- Coming up for nearly a year of Traineo. 22 lbs lost, 13 to go!
What a year! I want to thank Traineo and it's members, and my doctors and friends, and gym, and my walking and running training partner -- my dog -- who all have have been a big part of my recovery from a bad case of pneumonia last August, from high blood pressure in May and June, and support through herniated cervical discs in July August and the present.
Somehow, its been possible to keep the faith and keep going through the neck and arm pain, but even on some of those bad pain days, getting the exercise at the gym, on a C25K run, on a bike ride, or in the surf helps make it bearable.
A year ago -- at least sports-wise, for life is altogether another thing -- I was losing my sense of identity as a surfer and windsurfer, gaining a sense of identity as a cyclist, a runner, 9 months later reentering the surf, losing my ability to ride ... things came and went between hospital visits.
At times, all those things were stripped away -- and just to be able to walk down the block was an accomplishment. There were recoveries and sometimes just advil and bullish efforts.
It's good to be back in the surf and on the bike sometimes, neck/shoulder/arm pain notwithstanding.
My thoughts go out to all those Traineo members out there fighting their own health and spiritual battles...you know we are here in this small way.
