I'm short on time here but in a nut shell, some basics to gain lean mass are:
-hit the weights, (concentrating on compound lifts)
-increase your daily cals
-increase your intake of lean protein
-eat clean, (meaning nothing processed and only GOOD fats)
-rinse often, (drink lots of H20)
-read up on amino acids and other supplements, then take 'em every day
And of course, ENJOY the ride and the transformation.
