ok... i've just turn 24 this month and i have some weight issue ... i'm underweight ... i weight 56 right now and i am 178 tall.
i've lost in the past 6 months about 8 kg , i was 64 kg some day.
my goal is to reach 70kg by august 2008 .
If anybody out there would be my motivator , I would greatly appreciate it

Hi, Mohamed and welcome.

I'm short on time here but in a nut shell, some basics to gain lean mass are:

-hit the weights, (concentrating on compound lifts)
-increase your daily cals
-increase your intake of lean protein
-eat clean, (meaning nothing processed and only GOOD fats)
-rinse often, (drink lots of H20)
-read up on amino acids and other supplements, then take 'em every day

And of course, ENJOY the ride and the transformation.
