Hi everyone. I'm new here. I've always been a bit overweight and have recently started doing something about it.
I'm going to see how much weight I can lose in three weeks. Starting out I'm about 200lbs. Does anyone have suggestions for what exercise routines to use? As far as diet goes I am just going to really limit the crappy foods I eat, drink lots of water and not get more than the recommended intake of anything.
I usually just run on a treadmill or do some weightlifting. In the last week I surprised myself and ran 6 miles twice, I'd never even tried it before. Well, any suggestions you have I will seriously consider; the goal is maximum fat loss in three weeks.
