Hello all.
So I have got to lose about 70 lbs - I'm just not sure how or when I ever gained that much weight and I quite honestly feel like !@#$%^&* because of it.
Part of the problem in recent years is I moved from the east coast - where all the people I used as motivators in my daily life still are - to Western Wisconsin with my husband. Portion sizes here are insane, and all the people I know are exercise zealots (which doesn't work for me because I have joint injuries) or don't exercise at all, making me actually look svelte. I even tried Weight Watchers, and all I got was a roomful of women who complained about how it's so difficult to lose weight, but seemed to do little about it. It's insane.
So since I am an internet professional with an at-home business I decided to try this out. I've added traineo to my "Morning Coffee" plug-in on Firefox and asked my oldest friend to join and motivate me, so I use that elliptical machine in the basement

But I'm always willing to have some other motivation as well!
