Hi! As I'm sure you can all tell I'm new here! My name is Jemma, I study graphic design at university in New Zealand, and it involves a LOT of sitting on my butt in front of computers! So it's very easy for me to put on the weight, and then not know where it all appeared from! I find i go through phases of being all healthy and getting to the gym regularily and eating healthy, but then it all turns to muck and along comes the unhealthyness! So this time, I have decided to not let this happen! For my 20th birthday last week I promised myself to stay motivated, encouraged and determined to beat this and lose the weight i have gained over the last year. I am currently 64kg (141 pounds) and about 5 foot 3. About 2 years ago i was happily weighing 57kg and feeling great and i want that back!!
So thanks everyone for providing such a supportive and encouraging site where i can find the motivation when i need it! Thanks, and good luck to everyone else out there with all your goals!
