I've struggled with my weight, on and off, for a few years. I got into running a couple of years ago, and after my first half-marathon, finally lost my last few pounds (I'd have been in the mid 120s, but my more settled "low" weight is more like 130lb). At first when I was running, I could eat everything in sight, but now it's getting a lot harder to nourish myself enough to run long distances (burning 2000 calories at a time), without overeating and gaining.
I'm sitting around 140lb now, and after my next marathon am hoping to get back in shape for a bridesmaid dress in March, and to learn how to maintain instead of gain next marathon season. I'm looking forward to taking my journey seriously again, to having the support from all you online, and to supporting you too!
