I'm new here...just got married in June, started a new job (well, promotion & new location) just outside Boston, and I'd really like to lose some weight.
I'm love hiking, sailing, and kayaking and want to increase my stamina and improve my appearance.
My biggest challenge isn't food as much as getting into an exercise routine and sticking to it. Even when I do get into a routine weight loss is generally slow (as opposed to the people I see who just give up fast food ant the pounds fall off); so that's a big motivational challenge for me.
I'm looking forward to giving this a shot since it's a lot easier than the excel spreadsheets I always use (and my friends/wife can track my progress).
That is all...

Welcome Brian! I also really love hiking and I'm getting into kayaking...

And I'm sure no one will hold you accountable like the new wife

hi Brian

Congratulations on your wedding. It does take time to lose weight. It doesnt fall off over night even though Io wish it did. So what is your routine for the day. What are you having trouble with. in 9 months I've lost 26.5kg and it's bloody hard work. The day that I had my c-section I was 120g and not been able to do anything for 6 weeks was really hard.

Now I'm on the trim system and it's working. In 2 weeks lose 3 kg and still going. This week put on 1kg but that was because had a naughty weekend but that doesn't matter as back on the wagon.

good luck

kylie
