I'm 24 and live in Arkansas, US. I lost 20 pounds a couple of years ago by walking, but then I started dating a guy (who became my husband) and hanging out with him instead of exercising. Since then, I've gained back the 20 and added about 10. My initial goal is to lose 35 pounds, and then maybe another 20. So far, I've been back on the wagon for a week and one day, and I've done great calorie-wise (probably the longest I've ever eaten right). If I can continue to drag my butt out of bed early like I have the past two days, I'll be doing great exercise-wise as well!
