I am a 50-year old youngster. My problem is that my weight WILL NOT go down! I excercise every day - either on the eliptical, walking 3.5 miles, or 20 minutes of weight training. My diet is and has been very good (1500 - 1650 calories/day). I even had liposuction on my hips, thighs, stomach and love handles. Any advise would be great!! I would love to be down to 140 - 145 by Thankgiving.
