Hi, fellow Traineo users!

I found this site after seeing it in a post on lifehacker.com. This is exactly what I've been needing: A way to track my progress in a better format than pencil and paper (since I tend to misplace things in my desk).

I'm hoping to lose 30 pounds by early March. I've been working on my diet and joined an aerobic kickboxing club (which I love), but I could always use some help!

Anyone want to help me out? I'm great at motivating others, just not so fabulous with myself.

Hey Michelle! Welcome to the site! What prompted you to want to lose weight? What kind of dietary changes have you made? The kickboxing club should provide a great workout (and an outlet for frustration!). I box, and my trainer is a beast. Calories don't stand a chance!
