Hi, fellow Traineo users!
I found this site after seeing it in a post on lifehacker.com. This is exactly what I've been needing: A way to track my progress in a better format than pencil and paper (since I tend to misplace things in my desk).
I'm hoping to lose 30 pounds by early March. I've been working on my diet and joined an aerobic kickboxing club (which I love), but I could always use some help!
Anyone want to help me out? I'm great at motivating others, just not so fabulous with myself.
