I've been a member for about 20 minutes, and I all ready feel better. My current goal is 21 pounds. I guess we'll see how I look/feel after that.
Throughout high school and college, I was very fit, doing karate and tai chi pretty much every day. After school, I got married and took up the guitar. Now instead of 1-2 hours a day working out, I sit with my guitar 2-3 hours a night.
That changes tonight. Better balance, less sleep and smarter eating, and I will reach that goal.
