I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Stephanie and I'm 25 years old. I've been battling this weight issue my entire life. Finally when I was 17 I started to lose some weight. I unfortunately was doing it for all of the wrong reasons. Even though I knew that I wanted to be thin my main motivation was a guy. I wanted to lose the weight for my boyfriend, not myself. But while I was with him I was able to lose about 100lbs which was great. Well since I haven't been with him and got over the fact that I don't have to change myself for anyone my weight has been going up and down. I try every quick fix out there. They work for about 2 weeks then the weight goes right back up. Well now I have finally decided to make a change for MYSELF. I want to do it the right way and the healthy way. This is why I decided to join this website because I'm interested in hearing other peoples tips and advice. It was always easier, for me at least, to lose the weight when I had someone to lose it with. Someone who felt the same way I did and understood how difficult it is. I guess someone who wouldn't judge me because they were going through the same thing. That is what I hope to achieve by joining this site and weightloss of course. Everyone on this site is basically here for the same reason. Weight Issues. So here I am...excited to start and ready to make a change.
