Hello everyone.
Last month I joined Weight Watchers with my sister in law and I've already lost 8lbs which is AMAZING to me! But I find the weekly intake of data isn't enough for my OCD addled brain! So I found this site today while mooching online and I love it! I cant wait to get my daily exercising routine (what little there is) into the graphs and cal intake! YAY
My best tip for other newbies is that for every pound you lose you put a bag of sugar or a tin of beans into a bag and lift it...within a couple of pounds you'll see the massive difference you;ve made to your body even if you don't feel it yet! Last week I lifted the bag with 8 tins of beans in it and OH M?Y GOD!!!! Was I really carrying that around? Made me feel sooooo good! Try it!
