I don't know if anyone here remembers me or not, because I was not on for very long. I lost internet connection for a couple of months, and then when I tried to get back on, I had forgotten my username and password.
Anyway, my name is Iris. When I was here before, I was on my own weight loss journey. I started at 200 lbs last August (2006) and my goal weight was 135 lbs. I did get down to 129 lbs. last month. I've had a couple of tough weeks and have been eating like crap. My weight today is 136 lbs. I've set a goal to get to 120 lbs. by December. Basically, now, I'm working on toning my midsection. I want to melt the layer of fat over my abdominals and I know that takes major work and dedication. It's a lot of cardio and watching what you eat. Anyway, I have complete and total faith in myself, and know I can do it. I've come so far already and feel great!
Since March (2007), I have been working at a ladies fitness gym and absolutely love it. One of my co-workers and I are always coming up with new ideas to motivate the members. I've even posted info about Traineo at the gym for the ladies to check ou. I'm also working on my personal training certification.
Anyway, I'm back because I loved the way Traineo was set up and need help holding myself accountable for the next little journey. I love to motivate others, but also love to have motivation in return. So, I look forward to getting to know everyone!
