Hi everyone,

I joined this site 2 days ago, and I use in conjunction with my WW Journal and Passport. If you look at my profile, you will notice I have logged stuff from May this year (I had to sit down on the night I joined this site, and go through every single page in my WW Journal and Passport to log everything in - took me an hour!)

A little about myself...

I joined Weight Watchers 14 weeks ago, and I have lost 13.4kg (30lbs) so far. I follow the Points plan (I think it's called Flex in the USA).

I weighed 88kg when I first joined, and I'm now within the healthy weight range for my height 178cm (5'10"), as I currently weigh 74.6kg (166lbs). I reached the upper limit of my healthy weight range about 7 weeks ago.

I still have 4.6kg (10lbs) to lose to get my WW goal weight, but 11.6kg (26lbs) to go to I get my personal goal weight.

In terms of exercise, I try to walk for at least one hour a day at a moderate pace. I've just started the Couch to 5km running programme (I'm on week one), and I think all the walking I do has helped out a bit in terms of my cardiovascular fitness for this running programme. I supplement this with yoga, but I don't count this in my workout log on this site.

It has been a lifestyle for me, and I'm glad I have a supportive partner. I consider myself a WW geek, as I love reading and re-reading all the WW material I get each week, but also the magazines.

If anyone is doing WW, well basically anyone wanting to lose weight, I cannot emphasise how much help tracking/recording what you eat everyday. It has certainly helped me in terms of my weight loss.

On a lighter note, I'm a uni student, in my fifth year of study, doing law and international relations. And I love what I study
