It is a little harder due to medication I am taking for hypertension which adds weight. I am still very satistied with my progress.	# Posted: 5 Aug 2007 14:15 Hi, Yes I did say it! It's NOT an easy fix, and still A LOT of hard work to do. The surgery is a TOOL to help you achieve your goals. If there is anyone out there, like me, I'd be happy to talk with you.

While I'm also not a GBP, I work with a woman who, sadly, is an example of what happens when you don't do the work. Like you said, it is hard work! Good luck in reaching your goals!
