I was one of the "husky" children growing up but as I hit highschool i really started to drop the weight just going from no activity to being a very active person playing a lot of sports. My favorite sport to play is basketball and I can play for hours and hours because I love to compete.
My goal is to try to start working out and work on keeping myself motivated and eating healthier. I'm happy with my weight now, but I just feel out of shape. I know with some work, that I can be in better shape.
I'm currently in college now, and looking for support and motivation that i hope to find here
