Hi all! I love Traineo! I am finding it a great way to keep track of myself throughout the day. I'd love to find some other people on here that have a significant amount of weight to lose (I'm working on getting 80 pounds off), to help motivate me. Thanks!

Hi Dina...welcome to Traineo!
Even though I don't have much left to lose (less than 10) I have lost over 30 so far. I'm happy to motivate if you need it!

I am always out doing something fun. I play Hockey, Racquetball and Paintball to keep me busy. I have been spending a good amount of time at the gym. I hope to keep on doing what I do and reach my goal!

I am 29 years old and have grown passionate about fitness and health! Overall, I have lost and kept off a little over 40 pounds, and I have about 20 or so more that I would like to take off. This last year has been tough and distracting in many ways, and I am back to work now! I am revisiting Traineo, because this site and the people here were instrumental in helping me lose my original 40 pounds so I am back! I regret that because of time constraints I won't be able to be AS active in the forums as I used to, but I will certainly try to stay in there and reconnect with old friend as well as make new ones.
My fitness goals remain the same as before as I haven't achieved them yet: *GOAL 1 = 140 lbs Target Date = 7/31/08 Date Met = TBD CURRENT FITNESS GOALS: Run a 5K, improve flexibility enough to do the splits, be able to do 50 pushups in a row, be able to do a pull-up, learn to do a hand stand and then hand stand pushups. :)

Hi Dina, I would be happy to help in any way I can. At the start of my journey I had about 70 pounds to lose, and I am down to my last 15-20...so let me know if I can help you in any way. Good luck in achieving your goals!!

I'm *starting* to enjoy running - at least on my treadmill. And I can't wait for ChaLean Extreme to come out this December! Hoping my hubby will do that with me. :)
Okay...new goal (for now) of 150 lbs. 152 lbs would give me a "normal" BMI for the first time in 15 years, and 150 lbs will mean a total of 100 lbs lost. That's only 14 lbs away! I can DO this!

Hi Dina! I looked at your profile and realized that we both started out at the same weight and have the same goal weight. I have about 65 lbs left to lose, and I'd be happy to help motivate you and have you do the same for me! Just let me know!

I'm a bit older than a lot of students but the stresses/weight issues are the same. I'm, of course, a stress eater, usually high carb stuff. Little Debbies are my downfall. The picture, in case you wondered, is my dog Radar. He's much cuter than I am.

Helllloooooooo! What you need is a dog to motivate you. Maybe a chunky little corgi. Hee, hee. I could use a little motivation me self. I'm trying to leave some food on my plate at every meal. Lord knows, it's hard! I LOVE food! Any tips from anyone on liking food maybe just a little bit less???

There's a great quote from somewhere: "Eat to live, don't live to eat". I think of that when I crave junk food and then I don't crave it anymore. I eat healthy all the time now. All you need to do is make it a habit to control your portions etc. Or you could try eating w/ a smaller plate so that less food can fit on there.

I'm also in need of a motivator. I've been on here for almost 2 months, haven't really been doing much and gained 2 lbs. since I started. I'm trying to watch what I eat and usually mon.-fri, walk 40 minutes. Just started riding a bike for about 2 miles a day now. HELP!!!!
