Hello everybody, I'm 14 years old somewhere around 215lbs and around 6 foot and in dire need to lose weight and gain endurance for football season! I've been running/ Weightlifting since earlier june any my weight fluctuates lowest point 198 highest 225, My goal is to drop to and maintain around 170 or so. If anyone has any advice for long distance running and sprints shoot one over to me, I could use some motivation too, ya know someone to kick me in the tailbone when im feelin lazy. Thanks everybody.
