I was reviewing different health websites, many of which included the ability to enter daily intake and then calculate calories, carb-prot-fat ratios etc. Am I correct in that this is not a feature available on this site? I can't find it anywhere.
Thanks! Salud.

They said they might be adding it one day. For now, use calorie-count.com or mypyramidtracker.gov

You're correct, it is not a feature yet. I use fitday.com to track my calories and then I record the total number on here.

I started out exercising and dieting in order to qualify for a laparoscopic lap band surgery.
After a few months, I found that I actually felt better, and had more energy, so I decided to scrap the surgery.
I started doing so well in fact, that I inspired my husband, aunt and uncle, and cousin to go to the gym.
In 1.5 years, I'm down 120 lbs, and no surgery! If I can do it, anyone can.

I'm 26 years old, I have a wonderful wife and a beautiful daughter.
I graduated from US Air Force basic training and am now at tech school. I will be doing PT 3 times a week and working out in the gym 3 days as well.
My goal is to maintain my weight while burning more fat and gaining strength.

According to my Intuitive Eating book, I am a professional dieter. I'm working to let go of all the rules that the diet world has offered me and let my body be my guide. I lost two pounds the first week, which is the most I have lost in the last year doing regular diets. (Unfortunately vacation added those two pounds back and they each brought a friend.)
I have said goodbye to all the other diet sites, but y geeky side still needs to track my workouts and weight changes, so here I am.

I use thedailyplate.com too. I've tried a few and I hate them all. I give first place to both Spark People and The Daily Plate, which are not as awful as all the others.
