Just stopping by here first to say Hello. I never really had a weight problem or anything. I played football my freshman year of HS and so lifting and everything kept me in check. Through out HS I pretty much stayed in shape but stopped lifting and everything. In my junior and senior year is when things started to change. I slowly started to gain weight. I used to weigh 150lbs which I was very comfortable with. But almost every month I'd gain weight. It would fluctuate going up and down.

Now after being through my first year of college my weigh has remained above 150lbs. Two days ago when I checked my weight on the scale I weighed 191lbs. The other day when I checked this time I dropped 10lbs. I'm not quite sure how that came to be as I didn't work out or do much of anything. So I'm at 181lbs and looking to back to 150lbs and keep it like that. If I lose an extra 10 then thats even better. I'm planning to use my Y membership more often now. As well as while I'm at home and it's late at night or bad out I plan on picking back up on DDR again as that has helped in the past and of course some Wii.

WarioWare for Wii is a good game for moving around a lot using different actions. There are also some good minigames from Rayman Raving Rabbits, which get the heartbeat up.
