No one says I am fat, nor do I believe I am, but the way my daily diet is taking me I will be by the time I am 30. So, it's time for a change.
There are many reasons for this change, first reason is above. Another reason is I don't have much to do this summer, and when I am busy with school and things I don't have time to keep track of my weight and my caloric intake each day. My boyfriend is away, so theirs no ice cream or movie with popcorn dates to set me off track - or times when I'm too busy spending time with him to eat and then I binge later . . . it's the perfect time to drop those 8 pounds and get healthy.
