Okay hi im new here and i like to introduce myself and my diet and so called training slash work. Im 18 years and weigh 247 heigths 5/10.Anywho I just moved to my new home at my uncles house for work "manual labor" and college in oregon im from texas thats pretty far away.Back to the point when i just arrived in oregon I weighd in at 255 then after 2 weeks i lost 8 pounds Is there something wrong with me i eat about 2300 calories a day 5 proportionaly seperated meals a day and usally work 7-10 hours a day at firsts thought it was water weigth but my weight is the same i know my family is naturally athletic "im the lazy one in the family ..lol video games" anywho is there something im doing wrong here are my muscles eating themselves way i feel fine but still...

My immediate thought is that, having had a lifestyle change, you are using up more calories than you used to, and therefore you are losing weight quite quickly. This should tail off as your body becomes accustomed to the manual work. If you're worried about muscle wastage, try and reduce your carbs and increase your proteins (40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats is usually a good mix).
