Hey everyone!
I'm a 39 year old teacher looking to lose some fat, build some muscle, and just be active. I've been eating very well, and I battle with impatience, waiting for all this fat to must melt away. I have been running since late March, about 6 miles every other day, with an upper body workout (sit-ups, crunches, push ups) on the off days. I'll amp it up later, but right now I want to be in a good routine.
