Hi!
I'm upping my exercise levels to get healthy, fit and lose weight! Already lost around 30 lbs, hoping to lose another 90 lbs. That'll take me down to 12 stone/ 168 lbs, which will give me a healthy BMI (I'm 5'10). All advice is welcome! Anyone who would like some more motivation or who would want to motivate me then let me know. I think it'd be really useful to have people going through a similar thing.
Sport wise I am currently swimming, random cardio in the gym, weight training, walking the dog and doing two taekwon-do lessons a week. Just hope all that will help shift the fat.
