Well I am not exactly overweight, mid-last year I weighed around 160 I worked hard a dropped that to 150 and this year I tried to get down to 130, but got to 145 and improvement. I just want to get rid of 15 more to reach my goal.

A little about me.
I am 14 I do web design/development for various types of people and I spend my time either working on a project, doing homework, and not having time to really work on myself.

Sure we have good weather here in san diego, but I cant really find the motivation to try to get rid of it. Ive been saying I will. I hope this site will really let me see my progress to motivate me.

Best of luck to you, Rafael! Set small goals for yourself at first. Then, make them more long term. It does work.

Best of luck with your goal. You are young and still growing. From the look at yout myspace pics you look well. What are you doing and goals to lose the weight?
