My name is Donna, I'm 35 and my goal is to lose 21 lbs before my anniversary in September, although I'd be happy with anything at this point. I always loose a few and then gain them back. The thing I like best about Traineo is the logs for tracking. Logging your exercise and calories helps to keep your eye on your goal. I'm not big on exercise but I've set a goal of at least 30 minutes on my stationary bike 3 times a week. So far I've been doing more. Well good luck to everyone here!

if you want to slim down, you could try weight training. something like 1 in 5 american women participate in some type of body building. muscles use a lot of energy, burn a lot of calories, thus raising your metabolism and helping burn fat.

you could try raising the resistance on your stationary bike and working out for shorter periods, but more often.

you're right about the logs. keeping track of your workouts and calories is a huge help!
