Just remember that you need to get your metabolism back into shape which really isn't that hard to do. and to see even better fat weight loss incoroporate an increasing cardio workout, you'll get best results if you run or dance or watever right after you wake up before you eat anything because your glycemic index will be near depleted, and avoid eating carbs or high fructose after 6 p.m. because it easily transforms into fat when passing through your body when you sleep.
