Hey everyone,

This is the summer for me. I've gotten fat (not obese though) at university and it's time to stop that, and get set on a fit lifestyle. I've started by holding back on drinking (done that for almost a year now).

I'd really like people to be my motivators or give me tips. My account name is intent.

Start w/ cutting calories and increasing your exercise amount, aiming for 300 calories/workout.
