hello everyone! well im quickly going to type my weight loss goal so that i make sure i keep it. im a college student and my current weight is 180lbs and im trying to get to 150 by june (bc of my bday, kind of a bday gift to myself). after seeing all the posts on traineo i have to admitt....U GUYS ARE GREAT!!....everyone helps everyone out on traineo...its uplifting just to come on here and read what people post and the replies..=)hope to hear from some of u soon!
