Oh, my goodness Mookie Me--If you have those DVD's, bust 'em out! What are ya waiting for?

It is hard the first few times you do it, it's alot of choreographed moves. I won't lie to you, the first time I did it, I almost cried because I thought, there is no way I'm ever going to learn this! I was wrong. By workout #3, I was hooked and keeping up no problem. Now, I can do it all the way through practically without looking. It's a great feeling, and it's so fun. I have not talked to anyone who didn't love it. I am living proof that it works. I am going to be uploading some photos when I get a chance--I lost 32 lbs doing it. I *know* if you did it say, 4x's a week and eat healthfully (I know it's a committment) you could lose the weight you want to lose in the time frame you have in mind. It works that well.
