I'm trying to lose 30 pounds, I'm about 7 into it (so I can really say, "I wanna lose 23 pounds!) - I've been doing Jenny Craig, but I'm going in to the mode where you do your own food, I'm not sure if it's been the program for me because I'm not losing so much on it, but it's done a lot to motivate me to learn about portion control and such. I found this site looking for info about FitDay, and it was recommended on a Blog called "TechCrunch" - thought it would be fun to be part of a community that has a bit of a techie bend to it - see what other people who have sit down / brain intensive jobs do to stay in shape!
