HI, there
My name is josh and im 17 yrs of age, i am a fanatic of health enjoy keeping myself fit whether it been for school, work, sports etc. i currently weigh 74 kgs but want to weigh 68 or just a bit lower, i hit the gym at least 2 to 3 times a week but i also jog and box... i wanna become a PDH teacher (personal development and health) so i wanna learn as much as i can from this site so it can give me a boost to my goal... so if you can help me out it would be much appreciated...
