Hello traineo community, I'm new to the page, so i want to introduce myself
(or better explain my problems/goals). It's always nice to know that you're
not alone with your overweight.
When i started school with an age of 6 years i was a slim boy, with "normal" weight, but untill now it has steadily grown.
Shortly before i became 17 years old (11/2/2006), I missed my goal not to get a triple-digit weight (in kgs), which is about 220.5 lbs (I'm circa 6'3" (190cm) tall and i think i won't grow much more).
Now that my weight is at about 225.5 lbs i want to get rid of those unnecessary pounds. (not because I got physical problems (except of stamina), i get a B at sports nearly every year - more because I'm tired of being too fat)
My Goal is 85 kgs (about 187.4 lbs)and i think 1 kg (2.2 lbs) per week is possible, but that's only a guide - losing weight too fast causes skin flap, so i don't want to set a deadline. :P
My only diet will be:
Breakfast - lunch - dinner
No other meals or snacks, only fruit and vegetables in between.
And as workout i will do at least 1 hour of cycling per day. (plus the things I did before like table-tennis club 2-4 times a week or sports at school once a week)
