since I started my diet a week ago, ive been eating cereal for brekkie, salad for lunch and a vegetarian roast dinner, or meals along that line, but normally you can add in a lot of chocolates, crisps, and mayo.
I am a vegetarian, who doesnt eat yeast or have caffeine, so apart from my vices, I mainly need to add variety to my diet to help me stick to it! Suggestions very welcome!
