Hiya, I'm Ally, and I'm looking to lose 1 1/2 stone, because I feel really out of place in my current school as everyone is dead skinny.

I am mates with everyone and not bullied, but I want to feel I can be confident around them.

I play lots of sport, 1-2 hours daily, but my diet lets me down completely!

I would love it if someone can help motivate me with my diet!

since I started my diet a week ago, ive been eating cereal for brekkie, salad for lunch and a vegetarian roast dinner, or meals along that line, but normally you can add in a lot of chocolates, crisps, and mayo.

I am a vegetarian, who doesnt eat yeast or have caffeine, so apart from my vices, I mainly need to add variety to my diet to help me stick to it! Suggestions very welcome!
