We had a guest leader, Jill

today, who was wonderful! Short, sweet, to the point, and energetic! She talked about ACT- untities. These are opportunities for activity. Exercise kind of gets a negative wrap, so think of exercise as activities. What are some activities that you like to do? (walk the dog, go hiking, garden, you name it!) Jill likes activities that are 2 for 1. You get 2 things out of one activity. For example, she goes to Jazzercise where she gets to socialize with friends, at the same time she is exercising! So think of an activity that you can do where you can get a 2 for 1!
