Hello everyone,

Hope you all are doing well. I am going to be travelling for a few days, but will check in. We are leaving Florida and vacation mode and heading home for West Virginia.

I am going to begin journaling, keeping track of feelings, hunger levels, satiety, what is working, etc. This program is working for me and I am learning a great deal. Feel like writing it down will be helpful.

We started a ICMYT team at Spark People, if anyone is interested in another avenue of support. The url is:

How are you doing? This working for you?

Will check in later.....off to pack.

Mostly working for me but still have trouble just eating at "meal time" rather than making sure I am hungry.
However by slowing down I am not eating nearly as much so I think it is balancing out?
Enjoy your vacation and let us know how the journaling goes!

Well, I got the eat anything you want part, I have been doing that very well. I forget the eating slow part, I guess eating fast has been what I have done for so long it's going to take some work to have that be habit. I do find that when I am thinking about everything I am suppose to do, I eat less.

Eating slow and learning to listen to your body to tell you you are full is hard. Overall, I'm still doing better than I used to be before starting this, but this past weekend or so i've been slipping back into bad habits. Going to rewatch the first episode to try to regain some of that info and feeling. Then I'll catch up on the one that was on this past Sunday (I'll skip episode 2 as the tapping doesn't seem to do anything for me personally, and I can't bring myself to do that in public... LOL).
