Hello everyone,

How is it going? These first few days will be crucial to a strong foundation.

Mike, tried to make you a "Motivator," but it wouldn't let me Seems you have to say that you want to be motivator in your profile. Anyone else want to "motivate" each other. Mike, post at the Dr. McKenna site again about your creating this great place to hang out. Bet we get others who see the show.

I'll post my progress tomorrow...first day waking up to freedom from overeating.

Hope everyone is doing well. We will prevail.

Hi Carol!

You sound like you are in the right frame of mind and really ready to go on this! Welcome to the group and spread the word about our little area hear on Traineo for others.

As for Motivators, Click on the Home tab at the very top then scroll down to where you see the Add a Motivator Now button and click it. Then choose to Find a Motivator from Traineo button and click that. Now in Search by Name box type in my name (or whoever you want to add) then click Find. You can then click on the Yellow speech bubble next to my name to do this.

Remember you can only have 4 Motivators (as I understand it) but you can have lots of contacts (you can add a contact by just clicking on the yellow thought bubble by my name here in this post and it will tell you you have to send a request to me to be a contact as you can't send to me directly yet).

I'm still learning my way around Traineo myself, so hope that makes sense and helps!

As I put on my profile, I felt like I sort of lost control at Easter Dinner yesterday. Got caught up with the discussions at the table and all,and next thing I knew I was on my second fairly decent sized plate of food . But the good news is, I only really had two meals yesterday and I never felt like I was starving myself. So I still need to work on control when in an interactive meal setting, but I have to say overall it was good.

And the really good news is, I did my official one week weigh in and I'm down 4.6 pounds!!!
