I'm going through various people's profiles and they all have contacts listed at the bottom. How do I go about adding people as contacts? I understand the concept of motivators, but don't see how to add contacts. Also, is it possible to setup where I can see when people update the comments on their profile? Example, I'd like to be able to see when Lorraine E updates her comments (or do I need to use an RSS readeer for that). Thanks for any and all help. Been looking through the FAQ and haven't found this yet. Or if there is a better place to ask this, let me know that also.
Dave Nicholson The Master Posts: 2094 Dave Nicholson I'm basically trying to get in shape and be healthy... diaryofthefatman.blogspot.com I like participating in sports but I want to be more competitive. Also I'm with Kevin Spacey from American Beauty - good reason :) I'm looking to lose about a hundred lbs in the course of a year, and basically to just consistently get better. And I love comments and messages, so keep 'em coming! I talk about goal setting a lot, how about I actually set some? Well it's time to revisit goals... I didn't do too well with my end of year plans, but learned some things and changed my plans up a bit as I went along. During the 5-7 weeks of the year, I was able to put on about 8-10lbs of muscle, and stay at the same actual weight. The plan is to start the Strong Lifts 5X5 program to supplement the Couch to 5K program, and that should last the next 8-12 weeks. I'm updating goals as well. Lowering cholesterol remains a goal, and I'll find out about that at the end of August. Been bouncing around a bit, but getting a little stricter again and will monitor that over the next 3-4 weeks. I feel poised to really lose some weight again, so I'm looking forward to the healthy eating and additional exercise.	# Posted: 19 Mar 2008 17:17 I know there are a couple help forums that are probably the best place to post, but this worked! I add a contact through their page - if you go to send them a message it will tell you cannot if they are not a contact, but provide an opportunity for you to send a message requesting them to be a contact. Generally, you will get updates on your Home page when your contacts make a post, be it on their own page or on forums. Hope that helps!

Never looked at the top of the forums list, just have always went to forums directly from Groups ). Ok, so I'll try this out to see about getting a contact, and yeah thats what I was hoping for is being able to see that my contacts are updating their pages (so I can then go comment on their page directly if appropriate). Cool stuff. Just trying to figure this out to get plugged into the community better
