Hi all,
I'm 49 and need to lose about 75 pounds, a teacher in the great state of Massachusetts. I've done it before many, many times, but obviously always gained it back. So here I go for round 7 or 8, and hopefully can keep it off this time.

hi everyone,

i'm 24 and i want to lose about 60 lbs total but i'm taking it slow (20 at a time).

I started the program almost 2 weeks ago and haven't lost any weight yet. I'm not giving up because I know it will work!

I now walk 40-50 mins a day. So I think that would help.

I'm sure everyone will do just fine once we keep supporting each other and keep our goals in mind

Hi I'm Zack. I'm 17 and I weigh 250lbs. I'm a pretty healthy guy, but ever since I had to quit football to get a job, at McDonald's none the less.

I'm looking to drop back down my fat percentage, and rebuild my muscles.

I'm here to get tips on my dieting, and cardio mostly.

My main way of building muscle and dropping fat is my circuit training starting Monday. I work out through the week every morning at 6, before school.

On off day's I still go to do cardio.

I'm on a 2000 calorie high protein diet.

Any tips are appreciated.

Hey Zack! Good luck to you and I wish you all the best. I'm 44 now, and I trace (blame?) a lot of my weight problems on the many years I worked at McDonalds. With the short breaks, I learned to eat a ton fast. I know a lot of that is just me, but I do think some of my habits directly came from that place (but with that said, back then McDonalds was a great place to work for a teen, so I wouldn't do it again if I was back then and know what I know now).

Anyway, this forum is for the Traineo Group "I Can Make You Thin" which is for people following the McKenna program (which is more a way of learning how to eat than a "diet" program IMO). You may want to check out some of the more traditional Traineo forums
