Hi! I am 35 years old lady and really becoming belligerent due to fast increasing weight. I made lots of efforts to reduce it but didn’t get any fruitful outcomes. I really feel uncomfortable when I come in contact with people who are slim and smart. I also want my appearance like them. Please give me some suggestions for reducing the constantly growing weight.

Hi Pierre,
I'm 32 and just started to take control of my health again. Although I'm overweight, I do not consider myself dumb and you should not either. You should congratulate yourself for taking control and trying to get on the right path.

As far as fitness, I just started something called HIIT - it's a short 20 minute aerobic exercise with series of high intensity workout. I've heard great things about it and it's worth a shot. You do this 3-4 days per week and weight train on your off days. You can get a free copy of the ebook here - http://skwigg.tripod.com/TurbulenceTraining4WeekBW W.pdf
or just google Turbulence Training for it. Don't buy anything else.

If you can commit to 4 weeks, that's an excellent start!

Where is the spammer friend who's going to tell us about the weight loss miracle drug?

First off, Angie. Don't accuse people of something they are not doing. Pierre seemed like she needed a boost and which is what I did. I was going to ask for her email address so I can email the document to her, but decided to post it in case other people were interested. If you read the second to the last statement of my post, you will see that I said 'don't buy anything'.
I'm not advising her or anyone to buy anything - in fact, the pdf is on a free account, not some sale's site.

I just started HIIT yesterday and that document is a good start. I have another one that's more in-depth but a 4-week challenge seems a lot more achievable than the longer programs.

Like I stated earlier, I just started working out myself and I'm not interested in purchasing anything I can get free of charge.

Ummmm, I wasn't accusing YOU of being a spammer, which is why I was asking where...nevermind.... get pissed and defensive if it makes you feel special.

Seriously, get over yourself. You should not have made the post - simple! After replying to your post, I saw your post on another thread. You've seem to have forgotten the definition of community.

By the way, don't bother replying. The original poster came here for help and advise and I'm not going to turn this into an pointless exchange.

Life is too short to deal with ugliness.

Words of wisdom by Angie Hudson. Anyway, this will be my last post in response to you, but keep in mind that ft or fat, a bad attitude is the ugliest thing on a person. Sadly, your abrasive nature is in response to your insecurities and you think your bravado response is a sign of strength. It isn't - it's just a sign of weakness and very indicative of someone who barely has control of their emotions. You see your status in life as the numbers on a scale and that's a sad and miserable existence. Go ahead and use whatever colorful language you can come up with - you're just showing yourself.

An intelligent adult would have apologized for making a statement such as yours. You, on the other hand, would like to convince yourself that 2+2 is definitely 5. Good luck, Angie!

Hahahahahahaha!!!!! An intelligent woman would have read my post and understood that it wasn't directed at her, and dropped it as soon as I pointed that out.

GO AWAY

A sad case of a misunderstanding here me thinks.

I get what you were saying Angie, and I can see how Nikki completely lost the thread of your point.

Hope fully she will appreciate your sentiment and now realise that your comment had nothing to do with her in a personal way. Well, except for.....
