Yes, but my gut remains the same... well, maybe not the same, but I still have a big gut. I'm still here though...

Good job, man.

Sounds like nearly time for a new goal when you've figured out what the next step will be. But revel in it for a bit. You deserve it.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to reset my main goal so that I can continue my weight lossage and maintenance program.

Thank you again!

Now I need to lose 6lbs more to get within a good maintenance range to bounce around.

Curtis, as long as you're only growing up and not "out", I'm ok with that.

Dave, I heard calipers hurt, have you used them?

Rachael, you're my #1 motivator -- you should be proud! Every day, all I hear is, "Richard get up off your fat @$$ and do something already!" HAHAHA! (Ok, I'm exaggerating a bit.)

Have you not seen my weight chart? I'm growing exponentially these days...

Haha! I rarely use such language! No I am more of the nagging type - like "Richard are you going to exercise tonight?" And I say that often. Haha.

They don't hurt at all! They're plastic pieces that pinch a skin fold, that's it! I have had a caliper test done a few times in the past, but I don't use them now b/c I don't think they'd be that accurate - I have too much to pinch!

I have too much to pinch!

I still have more than I would like too. I recently measured my stomach size, (not waist,) and I've gone down 1" -- so something is shrinking!

Oops, went up a pound today -- guess I better take that shirt off and start losing the 7lbs I've added to my plate? (It was great while it lasted.)

When my trainer pinches my fat for the BF test, it sure does hurt!!
