If any of you can think of some great abdominal challenges -- start them! I don't want to be in charge of all the challenges by myself. (I know I started the group, but my goal was to get people jump started with any challenge, discussion, etc., that deals with the firming of the gut.)
Even if it is not a challenge. Feel free to start discussions on how to strengthen the gut, show the six pack, eating plans, weightlifting tips, etc.
I really want this group to flourish with challenges, information, and support to those with similar goals.
