Diana, looks like we are the only two that really need to step up to the challenge. I just bought myself a nice 52oz container that I'm going to try to bring with me everywhere I go.

So let's all raise our glasses, mugs, containers, or buckets and drink up some water! ...

Reply by Diana Sanchez

I'm with you, Richard. I'm not a big fan of regular water. I do try to take an Ethos Bottle with me (because they're 24 oz, more than any other reason), so I can get a whole one down in a school day. I do rather like flavored waters, and they're fortified, but also expensive in terms of money and calories.

So, I'll take your challenge. I'll try to get an Ethos and a 16.9 Dasani down every day....

Reply by ~ Linaeve

I'm only allowed to have 2 L a day BUT I am up to 1.5 so far today... i might want to savor that last .5 L of water now though lol.

Reply by Dave Nicholson

I drink about a gallon a day...

I've always been a big water drinker. In HS I played sports year round and coaches were always telling us to drink more water so I did and now I always have a bottle of water with me. I usually drink other stuff during the day too - diet green tea, a diet soda, or a cup of coffee so I get LOTS of liquids....

Reply by Dan Jones

I carry a gallon jug in the car every morning. I think that the body pretty much eliminates what is not used/needed during your day via evaporation, through the mouth, perpiration and urine, etc.

No, I think you're right. If you have the fuel, (food and water,) for your body, it will go a lot longer and more efficiently.

Yes. But I can honestly say I barely get 3 glasses in per day! Most of the time it's everything else: soda, juice, milk, etc.

Quoting: sammiaaronI drink 3-4L of water EVERYDAY it really doesn't change....
That's awesome, you seem to be doing very well on the Biggest Loser too -- that must play a big part in your lossage, wouldn't you say?...

Reply by Samantha Cordell

I drink 3-4L of water EVERYDAY it really doesn't change....

Reply by Jeff Bristow

Isn't 8 glasses of water per day the recommended amount of water to drink?

Reply by Richard H.

I thought that was from a lady who held on too long from peeing? So, with that said, don't over due it. All of us will vary in what we can handle -- and if we get the right amount each day, this will help with cleansing the system and provide us with many great weightloss benefits.

With all challenges though, know yourself and what you can and can't handle.
