How many whatevers you can do in a week.  I&amp;#039;m thinking that could get pretty crazy!  Like &amp;quot;toe touches&amp;quot; - lay on your back, feet straight up in the air, tighten abs and reach up with fingers to touch your toes, relax, but arms can stay up, tighten again.  That&amp;#039;s just one example.  You can also do toe touches with your knees bent or even with your feet on the ground. That one may have been pushing the envelope being that sit-ups are looked down upon as &quot;lower-back breakers&quot;.

Stitch, 18, measuring up 5 ft, 4 inches tall, measuring out at 29 inches wide broke the sound barrier with 22 sit-ups in 30 seconds!

The challenger, Rachael, 22, measuring up 5 ft, 9 inches, measuring out at 38.25 inches wide, fell behind Stitch by 6 sit-ups because of a previous workout.

Stitch is queen of the sit-ups.
