Facing off with the girls we have:
Stitch, 18, measuring up 5 ft, 4 inches tall, measuring out at 29 inches wide broke the sound barrier with 22 sit-ups in 30 seconds!

The challenger, Rachael, 22, measuring up 5 ft, 9 inches, measuring out at 38.25 inches wide, fell behind Stitch by 6 sit-ups because of a previous workout.

Stitch is queen of the sit-ups.

Facing off with the boys we have:
Niklas H., 18, measuring up 6 ft, 3 inches tall, measuring out at unkown inches wide, falls behind 12 sit-ups to the challenger:

Richard H., 32, measuring up 6 ft, 1 inch, measuring out at 40 inches wide, almost as fast as a speeding VW bug going down a hill.

That makes me King -- "Thank you... thank you very much." *with lip curled*

Thank you all who participated -- time to think of a new challenge that will actually help our tummies. (This was a start though, right?)

Any suggestions?

Yay. Lol. No I enjoyed doing it, it was fun. At least that got me back into wanting to do some exercises after a drought of not doing anything.

I'm trying to think of small little challenges that everyone can handle. That one may have been pushing the envelope being that sit-ups are looked down upon as "lower-back breakers".

Let's see what we can come up with for the next challenge.

Okay, here is what I'm thinking. How many whatevers you can do in a week. I'm thinking that could get pretty crazy! Like "toe touches" - lay on your back, feet straight up in the air, tighten abs and reach up with fingers to touch your toes, relax, but arms can stay up, tighten again. That's just one example. You can also do toe touches with your knees bent or even with your feet on the ground. I think a week long challenge would help blast the fat in our guts away better than just 30 seconds. But it was a good start!

Sounds good Rachel! I can't touch my toes, so being the king will be a thing of the past. LOL!

I'll start up the next challenge now... (in a new thread.)
