I have been continuing my cardio regime which is doing wonders to my physique. But I haven't really concentrated on my abdominals which, like you noted, will not be seen unless you burn the fat around them first -- I did not know this.
So to see these muscles in our abdominals, we NEED to continue the cardio program we are already doing, (or start one,) and we NEED to exercise those abdominals so that when the fat has melted away, the sculpting process has already begun! :P
My hopes are not destroyed, my knowledge has been updated!
