1. undereat during the day (only fruits and veggies untill dinner) 

2. overeat at night (eat whatever you crave, untill you are full) 

if you get this down then you can work on the types of food you eat, what order you eat them in, and all that diet knitty gritty.

I bought the E-book for CTF thinking Ori would give you a more detailed workout plan... He doesn&amp;#039;t. Half of the book is spent qoating stuff out of &amp;quot;the warrior diet&amp;quot; then the rest is just showing you how to do certian exercises. Out of the whole book I&amp;#039;d say only 2 or 3 pages were usefull. If you have any questions about controlled fatigue training, please, ask me and save yourself the &amp;#036;30. The book is only 45 pages long ^_^.
