We've just rolled out an update which now allows you to set weight gain as your goal - this might be suitable for those of you out there who are more interested in building muscle than losing mass. To set a goal which is above your current weight, you'll have to 'complete' your current weight loss goal (if you entered one to get through the signup process) by setting your weight (briefly) to be below your goal weight, then setting it back to the weight you actually are. Also, if you're aiming to gain weight, your recommended calorie intakes will be higher than those used for weight loss.
We've also added an update which allows you to easily view people who are motivating you, or are your contacts, or you are motivating, all on the community page - you'll see the 'my contacts' button in the top right of the screen.
We've also rolled out a number of small fixes and tweaks, intended to improve the user experience as a whole.
