I am a competitive runner and according to my heart rate monitor burned 400 calories on a 40 minute run this morning. Traineo says that I burned 597 calories.

I&amp;#039;ve recently started using the custom logs and I think there&amp;#039;s one feature that would make them even more useful.  Right now, if you add a custom log, the system displays it as &amp;quot;the more the better&amp;quot;.
